I am satisfied with the product, but not with the ordering process. I ordered two bikinis, but one bottom was not available. For that reason, my entire order was canceled. Very poor. If I had ordered 20 items and one was not available, the whole order would be canceled and I would have to reorder everything. Additionally, I had a credit of 2.60 that I wanted to have refunded to my account. However, I received an email stating that I had used my credit in two orders. I knew this was not the case, so I replied, and suddenly the credit could be refunded.

Dear Sally, Thank you for your review. Your order was indeed canceled because we were unable to deliver part of it (unfortunately, reordering was not possible). We only cancel an order if a 'large' part of the order is incomplete; in your case (two bikinis, one being a two-piece set and the other consisting of two separate items), one of the two bikinis would be incomplete, and we would have to send one and a half bikinis. We can imagine that this is not very convenient and would not satisfy you either. You wouldn't have ordered two bikinis without reason, and sending just one would likely not have been our best plan. Suppose you had ordered 20 bikinis and one was not deliverable; we would have simply shipped the order because one bikini less would probably not have been a significant issue. We hoped that by canceling the order and making the credit available in your account, you would be pleased because you could quickly choose a new bikini. In the past, we received a lot of criticism for first contacting the customer to discuss whether or not credit should be issued or what other solutions could be offered. The time this took was often an irritation, as people usually want to receive their orders quickly. Unfortunately, this service was not the most ideal for you. Fortunately, the remaining credit has still been refunded. Best regards and enjoy your bikinis, Customer Service Dutch Designers Outlet
