I sent back 2 bags after a strange purchase (the website wrote twice that there was a problem with the purchase but I received 3 bags in the end). The parcel has been received 2 months ago and the shop does not answer any of my numerous emails. They used to answer quickly before receiving the parcel. I feel I am getting robbed 170€!!!

My order hasn't arrived yet! I placed it on 16/01 and now it's 29/01.
The lock on my bag was broken, and after reporting it, they responded appropriately. Great service! The bag is smaller than I thought. The main compartment doesn't have any secure pockets for your wallet or phone, which is quite disappointing. There are zippered pockets on the outside, but they can barely fit a set of keys. The material and finish are beautiful again!
