I had exchanged an L for an XL. Apparently, it took some time to return it. I called and spoke to a super friendly man who said that it had just arrived and he would immediately arrange for the correct size to be sent to me.
Good service, good products; if something is too small/big, excellent service is provided to handle everything.
Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size. After a friendly phone call, they were able to help me find the right size. I had simply overlooked the size chart on the site. Returning and exchanging for the correct size was arranged in no time. My compliments and thank you for the great service! I am very satisfied with my Faema cycling outfit!
