Unfortunately, there were a few problems at the beginning because I had entered my address incorrectly. The customer service took care of it quickly. When after a few days the package still hadn't arrived, I inquired again with customer service, and they informed me that the shipping company had made a mistake and sent me a completely new package. The goods arrived yesterday, are in perfect condition, and are of very high quality. I have never experienced such friendly and accommodating customer service! Responses are always within a few hours, super warm and attentive. Thank you very much!
