The customer support was impeccable. You can tell that everyday they check for complaints and requests, and they were useful and competent on their responses. However, the product was sadly very late compared to the expected date (I live in Portugal, it might be different for someone who lives in The Netherlands), and the bedel was smaller than most that come from Pandora. Still it's affordable and seemed to have good build quality. Would recommend if you do not have a big time restriction, specially if you live abroad from The Netherlands.
