Order took much longer to arrive than stated. Customer Services response implied that was my fault because I hadn't paid extra for express delivery. Told me I could refuse the delivery but as it was posted through letterbox this wasn't possible. Charm was much smaller than expected. A very expensive and disappointing experience.

Dear miss Taylor, We certainly did not stated that it was your fault. We just said that due to the Customs check in your country, since the UK is not part of the EU anymore, standard shipping takes always around 5-10 working days since this is an exporting country. We therefore advised you, if you needed the order on or before a certain date, to ship express. Express delivery takes around 3 days. We shipped your order the 15th of march. It arrived the 22th of march so this is, for standard shipping far within the timeframe.
