Beautiful charms, but I expected the charms to be packed better and more carefully! The charms were almost loose in the box. With the slightest damage, they could easily fall out of the box. This needs improvement.

I ordered a unique charm for my wife that was delivered perfectly for Christmas. The charm was just as expected and completely surprised my wife.
The only issue I encountered was that I bought a steel necklace and the charms didn't really fit until I removed the little ring from the necklace... that was a downside. More hassle. Other than that, it's great and super nice. I hope that more items will be available again, like pendants, etc.
