We found this very special because if you had received the item damaged, you should have reported it to us so that we could have provided you with an appropriate solution. You could have read this in the letter you received with the item you ordered, and it is also clearly indicated on our website. Unfortunately, we have not heard or received anything from you and had no chance to resolve this issue. Only after 10 days after receiving the item do we receive your complaint as a reply to the invitation and a bad review for both our webshop and the purchased product. We find this very unfortunate as it is now, but we have sent you another email to come to a good solution together with you. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you to that email either.
