Dear Tineke, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. The backpack you ordered will be packed as is from our supplier. We considered filling these backpacks ourselves, but they wouldn't fit in the original packaging that way. Many customers find it important to receive their order in the original and unopened packaging. To eliminate creases, fill the corners and front pocket of the backpack with enough soft paper (such as packing paper for dishes) and let it sit for a day. This is how we do it ourselves at trade shows. We also think bubble wrap works well. Additionally, when you start using the backpack, it will naturally take shape from the items you put in it.
