I would not recommend this shop. My experience was frustrating as DHL don’t know where my parcel ended up- and I was very tight on time because I am traveling and needed the products with me on the trip, no matter how much I explained this to customer service- they couldn’t care less. We didn’t reach any mutual agreement - the only solution they offered was to wait till DHL finish their investigation then if they are definitely lost or they receive them back they can then reimburse me. As we speak I have only received the shops “sincere apologies” but no product or my money back. And who knows how long I will need to wait - and obviously I’ll travel without any products. More than the incidence which I understand can happen- it’s the attitude of customer support who couldn’t care less and wasn’t even listening to anything I was saying- there were a couple of ways in which problems like this can be solved- yet none were in their best interest so weren’t even considered. I’m sure there are lots of other customer centric brands out there who sell Korean cosmetics that are more reliable and deserve support. With little wonderland if you’re unlucky and something goes wrong, be prepared for a painful experience!!! And who knows when you’ll get your money back
