Little Wonderland - Korean Cosmetics

I have been using LittleWonderland for several years and it has always been a super positive experience: great variety of products, competitive prices, and fast delivery. However, with the order from last spring, I had problems: after the shipping email, I did not receive any more updates from the courier. Contacting customer service is not easy and the responses are slow. After various checks, they sent a second package without explaining what had happened. Unfortunately, with the order from 9 days ago, the same problem has repeated: after the shipping email, no news... 2 times in a row is no longer acceptable.

Fast delivery, products of very good quality, customer-friendly website with many promotions! Definitely a recommendation :)
