I had an issue with my Little Wonderland order as the courier marked it as delivered, but I never received the parcel even after checking with roommates and neighbors. It was frustrating at first, but their customer care responded quickly and immediately investigated. They kindly arranged a replacement order, although some items were already out of stock, so they offered either refunds or replacements. In the end, everything was resolved smoothly.
