The delivery was fast and the prices are unbeatable. However, I wouldn't order again. The return from Germany costs 10€ even for the smallest package (Hermes Package XS with insurance). Most of the products had no seal on the outer packaging. Since they emphasize repeatedly that only unopened products can be returned, I don't quite understand why they send the products out like this. So I first had to clarify whether they would even accept the items back. The return took about a month, partly because the package was in transit for a long time (which is not their fault) and partly because the refund can supposedly take up to 2 weeks and in the end, it was forgotten. I also don't quite understand why it takes 1-2 weeks processing time for a refund via PayPal. After I wrote to them again, the money was in my account within a day. I might be spoiled by large online shops, but this old-fashioned way of handling returns is incredibly annoying, especially when you have to follow up multiple times. If you are not 100% sure that you will keep your entire order, you should think twice about shopping here. The customer service responds quickly. You get a reply within a few hours.
