Good pricing, satisfying variety of products, easy to use and informative website, easy checkout. Delivery took longer than in the past and I remember packaging to be more lavish (but if they're cutting back for environmental reasons what can you even say).

I've had different instances where I needed to reach out to customer support and I only have good things to say about it. The people in charge are kind, patient and helpful, they validate your concerns in a way that feels very natural. Everytime I purchase from them the package comes tight and secure with recyclable, air filled plastic pillows. I'm not worried about possible damages along the way home. The shipping time is really fast too, Im from Portugal and the goodies usually arrive within a week. I tend to make orders over 40€ (skincare is expensive) and they usually come with a few samples of other products, which I'm so happy to share with my younger sister, we always have a great time! I just received my package today and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of free samples, they were about 5 or so The only complaint I have is regarding the product availability and variety. When a product is sold out, it will usually take quite a bit before it is restocked. This isn't the end of the world, but I really dislike to order one or two products alone because of both the expenses and the environment. On another note I feel like there's some AB brands that are missing, while others that are on the website don't have their full range (or at least their older products) available. However, in my experience the customer support is open to brand/product suggestions which is great!
