Very happy they ship all over Europe as products I were looking for were hard to find, good delivery time, no problems ordering, I would just like to see a more sturdy packaging as items came in a very simple box/no padding, small plastic seal on front, so it seems like it's very easy to damage the contents inside, the box at least could use more scotch tape to keep it together, especially for shipments that are shipped abroad as they go over more handling

I didn’t receive the product. After 6 days from the date I placed the order, I requested a cancellation of the order and refund through customer service. To this day, I didn’t receive any confirmation my order was cancelled or when I will receive the refund. So here I am 1.5 weeks later, no products and no clarity on when I get my money back
