Ik bestel al jaren mijn skincare bij deze webshop en ben altijd super tevreden! Fijne producten, snelle levering en ik krijg vaak leuke proefmonsters erbij. Altijd een fijne ervaring en zeker een aanrader!

I placed an order that got stuck for days and was never shipped. After asking to change the item for another, more days went by with no response, so I requested a refund. Now, instead of returning my money, they keep telling me to wait 5-10 business days, which is absolutely unacceptable. They take their time with everything, but when it comes to refunding customers, they are evasive and unprofessional. If a customer needs to return a product, they do it right away, but they do not respect the timelines for refunding money. Highly discouraged!
