⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great cosmetic store with fast delivery and lovely extras I regularly order skincare products from this store such as cleansers, creams, and other skincare items. I really like this shop because it has a great selection of products and everything is easy to order. A big plus is the very fast delivery — orders always arrive quickly and well packed. Another thing I truly appreciate is the extra gifts included with each order. They always add many samples, and sometimes even sheet masks as a present, which is a very nice touch and allows me to try new products.

The package did not arrive.

I still haven't received my package. PostNL is providing different information. I contacted customer service, and they said they would look into it. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard anything, and I have no idea where my package is now.

Overall, fast shipping and I was a loyal customer, but the last 2 orders did not go well (one was delivered very late).
