After a week, I still haven't received my package. While it stated at the time of ordering that it would be delivered the next day. The customer service asked me to wait 3 to 5 days so they could check the status of my shipment with the courier. In the meantime, I've been without facial products for a week. I wanted my money back, but they refused. I was told to be patient. I will not be ordering here anymore.
Clear website. The search function could still be improved further. Customer service is good. They do their best, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication. I am always treated very politely.
