I am very satisfied. Fast delivery, I received great samples that I will purchase in full sizes. And the products I ordered are amazing! I am sure I will be placing another order soon.

The products arrived the next day. They were well packaged, and I had free shipping because I ordered enough. There were also samples of really good products included, which always makes me happy!

The website was organized. The delivery was fast even with covid-19 going on. The products were nicely packed and I liked the branding on the box and the packing material.

Unique selection of K-beauty products in the Netherlands. Transparent: ingredient lists are available for the products on the website, with handy labels for vegan/cruelty-free cosmetics. The website looks beautiful, is user-friendly, and functions well. My order was delivered earlier than expected (a pleasant surprise), and they also took my preference for cruelty-free/vegan/fragrance-free cosmetics into account when providing samples upon my request. High standards (especially for something given for free), and they met them. Therefore, not only was I able to purchase very nice products, but I also received samples of products that I am genuinely interested in. All in all, a top experience! (The box in which it is shipped is also very cute). One small point for improvement: The foam flakes in the box to protect the products are synthetic, and they use those plastic air bags. Nowadays, there are also starch flakes that are water-soluble/bio-degradable. It might be good to explore this option, considering the environment and all. Every little bit helps.
