Little Wonderland - Korean Cosmetics

Two items were missing from my order, so I contacted them right away. They responded very quickly, and the next day I had the missing products at home.

Thank you for giving me first experience to order a Korean skin care product from you. I satisfied with the information given in the website. The package came one day later than my request, but that is fine. I only have a small suggestion for your processing step, particularly on the packaging. I know that we want to guarantee the product came to us in an unharmed condition. I saw two plastic (like bubbled?) in side the carton box, which probably supposed to avoid too much shake of the product. I also found some styrofoam (that might intended for the same function as the plastic?). The box is a bit too big for just two product. So I think it would be better if you use smaller box and exclude the plastic and the styrofoam. I believe this small change can make the packaging more "greener" for the environment. This is small, but can have a big impact in the future. Thank you for letting me write my suggestion here.
