Worst webshop ever! There are always problems with products after the order has been made. After only a few days, they sent me an email about one product not being in stock. And after all this, I still haven't received my money back; it looks like they will wait until the last day!

the packaging was perfect, but it arrived so late.

One of my favorite online stores, super fast delivery, reliable products and good customer service. Once I ordered some sunscreens two days before I left for my holidays, thinking they would arrive the next day so I could have them for my trip. Unfortunately the delivery man missed me and sent them back to their warehouse. When I saw that, I emailed them immediately asking if there was any way I could still get them on time and they managed to send the order the same day and I got it the morning that I had to leave for the trip, literally just in time! I was super happy :) only thing is their prices could be a bit better, so I usually wait for their often discounts to order a big pack :)
