Customer service was helpful in resolving my issue with the order and payment confirmation, which I greatly appreciate. However, the extended time it took to process the order before shipping has become a dealbreaker for me. Waiting 7 calendar days to complete an order placed a week before Black Friday feels excessive, even considering the shop's low prices.

Delightfully mild cleansing, no dry or tight skin after cleansing. Due to the gentle cleansing, it is advisable to first remove your makeup with a balm/oil or micellar water. Definitely a recommendation! I would order it again next time.
