They mixed up my address and removed some letters, resulting in a pickup point on the other side of the world. I filed a complaint and received a redelivery that never arrived. Two days later, I was told that I hadn't responded in time (even though I spoke to them on the phone and they sent me a confirmation email), so the complaint was closed. I managed to reschedule again... Except they marked me as "recipient absent" even though there are two of us at home, no one rang the doorbell, and I received neither a call nor a text. They ultimately forced the delivery to a pickup point, claiming it was my request, but I hadn't asked for that at that moment. It's been a week and a half already that I've been waiting and discussing with an incompetent customer service that doesn't answer my questions and keeps repeating, "a request has been made (...) we can't do anything." I will never order from this site again; it's really a shame.
