A nice service, quite quick from payment to shipment to receiving my order. However, I should have received a goodie bag with my order, which I didn't get. I contacted their support service and they immediately sent me one, apologising for their mistake. When it finally arrived, the one full product I was really excited about and I saw in their IG stories that should have been included in the goodie bag was not present, which felt a bit disappointing, especially after the mishaps. I still got a good amount of products, but alas, not the full size wash off mask I hoped would arrive as seen in their unboxing story on IG (and that I was hoping to gift to a friend, since i had already purchased one for me in my order). I got the mini size, which was also featured in that IG story. I guess the items can change depending on how many are left, but I was a bit disappointed by it (the mask was replaced with a Benton lotion, 120 ml). All of this happened during the black Friday period, so I can understand they had a lot to manage and some hiccups may happen. The products are nice and the support was immediate, but the first order didn't even include freebies, so everything felt a bit rushed, which probably was due to the amount of orders they had to manage.

Echt jammer om een order boven de 150 euro te plaatsen en dan geen goodiebag meer te ontvangen. Of geen eens iets als troost omdat ze op waren. Is toch 150 euro vooral in deze tijden… ben al sinds 2019 vaste klant… Een melding op insta en/of fb of een mailtje erover zou wel attent zijn. Bestel als vaste klant altijd boven die bedrag. Echt zuur ok niks te ontvangen
