Nice website with a nice extensive range. Prices are reasonable. The help and response times from the enthusiastic staff are definitely in order. Unfortunately, they work with an unreliable transport partner, which makes Vuur en Rook unusable as a webshop. After placing an order, staff from Vuur en Rook contact you to schedule the delivery. Everything proceeds proactively and very neatly. However, the transport partner does not adhere to these agreements at all. Once things go wrong, the colleagues at Vuur en Rook can no longer help since they have no control over the transport partner, who then has to arrange everything with DHL or similar services. Ultimately, according to the tracking website, the delivery was 'out for delivery' for 5 consecutive days. This resulted in an additional 3 vacation days before the Kamado was finally delivered here, and 1 pichana ended up in the trash because it was no longer good by the time the Kamado arrived. In my opinion, it is definitely recommended if you live nearby and can pick it up yourself, as you can tell it is a very passionate team. But definitely stay away if you need to rely on pallet transport!

The package was not sent right away, which caused it to arrive late. Out of necessity, I had to buy one elsewhere!
