What an awesome team is behind Vuur & Rook! Not even 2 minutes after I placed my order, I received a phone call informing me that the ordered products didn't quite fit together and that they would arrange it for me at no cost. Really great!
On Monday afternoon (after 4:00 PM), I ordered the complete package of the Locarno smoking oven for €159.00 and a cold smoke generator. Everything was delivered on Wednesday. It was well packaged. It is a beautiful smoker, and I am very satisfied!
Quick delivery, free smoking chips. Nice assortment. Good information provided during the ordering and delivery process. I do find the shipping costs a bit high. €4.99 could mean more revenue.
