My experience: - Ordered on the 17th - Chased for tracking number on the 19th, shipping label only raised after I chased - Chased again on the 22nd, was told it had shipped, but tracking showed that only the information had been given to courier - Chased again on the 22nd, and package finally given to courier only after chasing again Website says that orders before 16:00 normally go out same day, but mine went out 5 days later. Customer service gave me wrong information throughout and it seemed clear that action only happened when I chased.
