I can only say that I am extremely satisfied. I placed an order for meat late in the evening, not having read that they do not deliver meat on Pentecost. They called me on Friday about this and assured me that they could arrange for my order to be delivered on Friday evening with a special courier, and they succeeded. The courier did arrive at 10:30 PM, but everything was delivered, and the communication with the courier's tracking was also perfect. So I would say keep it up; large companies could learn from this.
