Last Sunday, I placed an order based on a sale promotion of 1+1 free. This was communicated via Facebook and email: "The summer is approaching rapidly, and that's why today you get the 2nd item completely free with many products! You add 1 product to your shopping cart, and we will put 2 in your package from our warehouse." I placed a nice order, but unfortunately, this only applies to newsletter items. Something went wrong. The issue has now been resolved and will not happen again. That's good. However, I placed an order based on this mailing. As a customer, I feel like I'm at a disadvantage; I can return it for free, but what good does that do me? This is not the first time something has gone wrong, and I am still being lenient in my evaluation.
