Good and clean delivery, unfortunately there was a hole at the bottom of the charcoal bag. I received a prompt response with apologies for the hole and a proposal for a solution. The hole is not a stumbling block to enjoy the consistently good service from Vuur & Rook, as has been demonstrated once again. Best regards, and to smoke or not to smoke, go to V&R.

Easy to order online, and it was well packaged and delivered chilled. The meat is delicious! Highly recommended.
