Fast delivery, well packaged, and a beautiful product. However, the free knife I ordered was missing without any further information. I also find sending stickers to be really pointless. It's unnecessary waste. I'm definitely not going to stick a sticker on a lamppost or anything like that. Companies should really stop doing this, in my opinion. Update: Following the above review, I was called by Vuur & Rook and received the missing knife within a day. So, for a free product, that's top-notch service. By the way, their physical store in Lunteren is definitely worth a visit if you enjoy BBQing or cooking over an open fire. I went there once last year.
