    Vuur & Rook is an excellent webshop, but the shipping method is a bit disappointing for me. I ordered on Monday, and by Thursday it was not at home. I indicated that I wanted to pick it up at a collection point, and by Friday/Saturday it still wasn't at the collection point. A week has passed, and unfortunately, there is still no parquet. Vuur & Rook cannot do anything about this; it has to do with the shipping company.
