Good products and fast delivery. A major downside is that the driver only comes by once and does not deliver to the neighbors. The pickup location is poorly accessible and the service is lacking. Tip: consider a different carrier!

I ordered 2 bags of charcoal. I preferred 2 x 15kg. However, since the delivery cost significantly increased above 25kg, I had to choose a different product to reach 25kg. I would appreciate a cheaper delivery option, possibly with a longer delivery time. The order was neatly packaged.
