As my order history may suggest, I am always extremely satisfied with the quality of the products that Vuur & Rook provides. However, I am not at all satisfied with the delivery itself, by PostNL. The condition is sometimes very poor, with damaged or even wet packaging. I will make it a point to report this to Vuur & Rook every time, which I had not done before.

The order met our expectations. The products were well packaged and cooled.
Nice, but the prices keep getting more expensive. That's a shame. I used to order monthly, but unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. However, I am convinced that this is beyond their control, and I now just order every other month. Great meat and service always!
Delivered quite quickly, there was some leakage from the packaging, but it was resolved perfectly by customer service!!!
