De beste winkel voor alles wat te maken heeft met BBQ en dit met een super service. Maar de keuze om met DPD te werken is verschrikkelijk. Ik zou zelfs extra betalen om mijn bestelling NIET met DPD geleverd te krijgen. Het is al de vierde keer dat DPD nog voor de middag opgeeft om mijn pakket te leveren en een bericht stuurt "we hebben je gemist" of "het lukt ons niet" terwijl ik gewoon thuis zit. DPD customer service is onbestaande en heb al elk excuus gehoord. Het gevolg was dat ik te voet een grote doos kolen doorheen de autoluwe stad mocht zeulen, omdat ze telkens daar m'n bestellingen in een parcel shop achterlaten. Ik betaal voor thuislevering, niet voor parcelshop levering. Sorry Voor&Rook, dit is niet tegen jullie.
