Vuur & Rook

I was informed during the ordering process that the delivery time would be slightly extended. Unfortunately, the carrier DPD was so clever as to deliver the package elsewhere. However, the customer service of Vuur & Rook responded within an hour. In any case, do not choose DPD but rather Post.nl. Fortunately, the package has been found. It was delivered to a different house number.

Good products, fast delivery.

Once again, fast delivery. I was nicely informed that due to high demand in their warehouse (a good sign, of course.. 😉) my package might arrive a bit later. It was neatly and securely packaged... In short, I am very satisfied again.

I bought a rotisserie for my Masterbuilt, it was out of stock, but I ordered it anyway. After a week, I received a message that it would arrive as soon as possible, and a week later I had it in hand. I connected it right away and skewered a chicken—wow... I should have done this earlier! This is a definite recommendation for people who love BBQ/grilling!

Good assortment, good prices, well-packaged delivery. Expectations regarding the products were met. Delivery was later than expected, which isn't too bad in itself, but the communication about it started very late. Expectations regarding that were not met.
