Package not delivered after being with the carrier for 2 weeks, which is usually not a good sign. I had two conversations via chat; the first person said that if it wasn't there by Monday, we would resolve it. The following week, another person said they would check on it, so I waited until Friday. I contacted them a third time to demand what I was entitled to: either a new package or a refund. I dealt with Mr. DENNIS. Since he didn't feel the need to call me because the problem was clear, Mr. Dennis's tone of communication was not appropriate, and he made it clear that he couldn't care less and that I should just wait until the package turns up with the carrier. So, great service until something goes wrong, of course. It can always happen that something goes wrong. I have ordered many packages online, and it hasn't always gone smoothly, but it has always been resolved properly. However, you shouldn't go to Dennis if there are problems because he doesn't care. There are plenty of good reviews, so a few bad ones can be overlooked. I have never experienced this with any other web shop. So be cautious; good reviews can apparently always go wrong.
