The order should be packed with a bit more care. I didn't receive two items. Then I have to wait a week because the shop is closed. I can actually understand that. In response to an earlier email about an uncalculated discount, you were very quick to react. But now I have placed two orders with you, and there have been several issues with both orders. One time, there was a defective and dangerous part. No welcome discount was applied, and there were missing products in the delivery. By the way, the first two complaints were resolved correctly and to my satisfaction. I had quite a long issue with the sharp burr that was on a Letsq fork; while cleaning it, it cut my finger. But in the meantime, I also enjoyed some delicious chicken. Haha.
