Great deal, super barbecue. Ordered on the weekend, confirmation received immediately. Feedback on delivery on Monday. Received it on Thursday. After an hour of puzzling and assembling, a beautiful barbecue was ready. Tried it out with the whole family right away. Works really well.

I had great service from Jeffrey. The transport company leaves room for improvement. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but it came on Thursday. It was VERY hard to get in touch with someone who could provide information about the delivery time. I was finally told it would arrive between 11:30 and 14:00, and that the driver would call two hours ahead since I live 1.5 hours from the delivery address. Nobody called, so I went to the address at 13:00, which turned out to be a good decision. The driver arrived at 14:00, but he didn't have any phone number to call. All he had was my first name and the address. I would have missed him if I had waited for his call. Not good enough.
