I ordered a USB stick via Bol.com, and I received the item quickly and in good condition. I had no complaints until the item broke down shortly after one year, at which point I reached out to the customer service of XLmobiel. I received a response very quickly, but they informed me that there was no warranty on it. I found this strange because there is usually at least a 2-year warranty on electronics. They continued to deny this and referred me to the manufacturer (Kingston). This made my hair stand on end! When I buy a product from a store, whether physical or online, I expect them to take the effort to communicate with the manufacturer, not the consumer. I then decided to contact the manufacturer myself and found out, to my surprise, that there is a 5-year warranty! I informed XLmobiel of this in an unsatisfactory manner, but I haven't heard anything back from them?! I found the person who handled my message to be completely unprofessional. Since the item didn't cost much, I decided not to invest any more energy into it. The reason I'm putting my energy into this review is that I think it's important for others to be aware of this. So, for me, it wasn't a good experience.
