Admittedly, I generally have high expectations of webshops, especially when I am new to them. It all starts with the website experience, the information provided, and its reliability, etc. When you decide to place an order because you think you have found a great deal, you wait patiently for your order to arrive. However, at that moment, I was disappointed; the deal I had, which had been glaring at me for the entire previous week, turned out to be not as good as I thought. I received a better offer from the same website before I had even received the product: that does not make me happy. This makes the whole story seem much less credible, which is a shame. Not only do you start to doubt the price, but you also wonder about the "personal" message from Jochem—could that be automated? I have no expectations regarding delivery time; as long as it arrives within a week, I consider that acceptable. I am sensitive to how the package looks; as a new customer, I would have appreciated a little something extra, like a welcome note or more information about the products. I can only evaluate the products after about four weeks, as that is when you can really say something about their effectiveness. Therefore, my rating of 2 stars is based on this experience.
