Unfortunately, I am dependent on a lot of medications because I have 3 autoimmune diseases. Many of those medications have the side effect of making it difficult to sleep. All the medications combined mean that I get a maximum of 2 hours of light sleep per night. I can definitely say it’s very exhausting. Regular sleep medication does not work for me, and most cannot be taken together with the list of medications I am on. Eventually, I started looking further and ended up at Natuurlijk Presteren. I ordered the sleep and mood capsules to try, and they arrived very quickly. An hour before going to bed, I took 3 capsules, and after half an hour, I started feeling sleepy and went to bed. Where I would normally toss and turn for hours, I fell asleep fairly quickly. This hadn’t happened in years. No chemical junk, but natural substances form the basis of these amazing capsules. Definitely a recommendation; I will continue to use them for the rest of my life. Furthermore, I was also well assisted via email with all my questions, and responses were very quick. All in all, I highly recommend it, and it’s worth trying. Thank you, Jochum, for your help and your wonderful product.
