Hello! I don't know why, but my expectations for Natuurlijk Presteren were high... Unfortunately, I am now on my third night... I have taken 4 tablets per night, but I am still sleeping very poorly... Falling asleep is a struggle, and staying asleep isn't any better... What a shame!
