I am very satisfied; they respond quickly to emails. I couldn't find the sleep pills for night rest and mood in the webshop, so I emailed them and immediately received a response that they were sold out. However, since they knew that my daughter could only take these due to her metabolic disease, they had set some aside so that I could still get them. Really great service!
