Is Mariener Eyewear trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

Sunglasses didn’t come as described. Has to pay an extra $60 to get them cleared through US Customs. Overall very disappointing and will not be ordering from them again in any capacity.

Unfortunately, they are outside of our control and are not something we can influence or predict per shipment. We understand this has been disappointing and appreciate you sharing your experience.

I was expecting the lens on the glasses to have a matte and non glossy finish, very disappointed.

Thank you for your message. Our lenses are called Matte Reflective because they create a refined matte look while keeping a shiny outer surface. A fully matte lens would scatter light and appear hazy, similar to frosted glass, which is why optical lenses always need a smooth surface to stay transparent.

Fast delivery. Frames look great, and I do not worry about losing a pair because they are affordable.
