The best service: item -a 800€ VCR from Sony- took just 7 working days to travel from the Netherlands to Italy with regular postal service. Plus: after the purchase I wrote them to ask them if a remote existed for that VCR and at what price tag they may sell it (remote was not included in the original listing I purchased) and their reply was “Yes a remote exist, if you like we can ship it to you for free”. So free remote shipped to me for free! That's why I'm rating them 5 star.

Although the automaticorder process was somewhat buggy, I got the orderthrough and everything thereafter was like a dream. Ordered, paid for and got information that the device I ordeted has shipped.
