    I am in Switzerland and unfortunately the product I ordered from the VCRShop was damaged in the post. The VCRShop did everything possible to try and find a solution for me but the product eventually had to be returned to the Netherlands. The VCRShop sent me a replacement product even before they had received the defective unit - Super Service!
