Because we wanted to see the collars and leashes in person, we drove to Bergen last Sunday. What a lovely store and how organized it is! It was busy when we walked in. The staff member gave us directions from behind the counter about where we could find everything. Later, she came to ask if everything was going well and apologized. We actually appreciated that she helped us from a distance. We are very happy with the Dutchie collar and leash. The colors are beautiful and the quality is great. We receive many nice compliments, and we mention your store daily while walking our dog. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed... The ordered collar smells terribly unpleasant, like a Chinese factory!! The leash feels cheap and poorly made, and it doesn't match the collar color at all... simply disappointing for the money! And then the return process doesn't even work!!

Good quality. Purchased for my previous dog. The collar hung in the closet for a year after he passed away. Now I have a new puppy, and he has started using it again.
