Dog with a Mission (DWAM)

I purchased a leash and collar for 130 euros, but it's a shame that you have to pay for shipping yourself. Now it turns out that the collar is too big, and I have to return it, unfortunately at my own expense again. I don't find this very customer-friendly.

There was a delay because technical issues but in the end I loved my products. I ordered 4 items and followed the instructions but the collars were too big or too wide. So - I sent them back and ordered replacements. I hope all works well with the shipping as it was expensive (US to Netherlands) and the credits since I've already paid for the new ones to be shipped. The quality of the products is exceptional! If my returns go well, I will be a big fan!

The insufficient rating is due to the poor condition of the collar; several beads have already come off in just a few days... I hope for a solution. Best regards, Debby

Supplement in 'dog land', very nice collar and matching leash that also has a good length! Most leashes are 120cm long.
