I had to pay customs duties on my order or exchange twice. I don't think that's acceptable. The products are otherwise great.

Hello Beat, How frustrating that you had to pay toll fees twice. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, and that's just how it is when packages are shipped outside the EU. We always advise our customers outside the EU to purchase our products at a retail location near them. You can use our Store Locator to see which store is near you: https://www.dogwithamission.com/en/service/store-locator/ This way, hopefully, you can avoid high customs fees next time. Best regards, Team DWAM

Super, amazing collars and leashes and everything that DWAM has. For me, DWAM is everything; I can dress my little Didi wonderfully from A to Z. We are looking forward to July, success!
